Aiden will become a full time student in our local public school. We'll be amending his IEP for education Monday - Friday for 2.5 hours a day and including PT, OT and ST while he is there.
He has been doing much better in the public school class. We haven't had any issues when I drop him off in the mornings. There has been no crying and Aiden willingly walks into class and straight to the table and holds his arms up for one of the assistants to free him from his gait trainer.
I take Aiden early enough so that he can eat breakfast with his new friends, who are happy to see Aiden in the class and not having a meltdown. They all greet him with hugs and smiles.
