That didn't work.
Shortly before 11pm, I got out of bed and put Aiden in his. He cried. He was perfectly happy playing with his Busy Ball Popper and mp3 player. I don't know what time he finally managed to go to sleep.
Aiden started whining at 6:10 this morning. I make him his morning "milkshake" and took it to him. He managed to fall back asleep.
At 7:00, I went and woke Aiden up. He was not happy with me and let me know with the most pathetic look a 2 year old could give his mommy.
I turned on The Little Einsteins while getting Aiden dressed. For the most part, getting dressed went great with the exception of putting pants on. Aiden HATES wearing pants. And a tantrum was thrown.

As soon as we were in the class, Aiden gave me a hug, snuggled a minute, then told me bye. I am pretty sure after 3 weeks of cabin fever, he was ready to get out of the house. (New Year's Day, he tried to put his own socks on in hopes of leaving the house.)
I hope he has a good day in school today.
