While we cheer and applaud your accomplishments, there are some things that you are not supposed to do. You may have noticed that there are now barriers throughout the house. Yes, the dog may be outside, but the gates also work for little boys. There are no toys in Mommy's bedroom. Her shoes are not chew toys.
Carbon monoxide detectors are not for your enjoyment either. It is there for a reason. Stop unplugging it. Yes, I know it beeps, but electric can bite. That is why there are now plastic white things on all of the electrical outlets. Leave them alone.
I see that you have discovered the bookshelf. It is meant to display pretty things. Those pretty things are not toys either. And the bookshelf is bigger than you are.
The entertainment components are necessary for your video viewing pleasure. Please stop taking pieces off of them. Yes, I know Dad plays with them, but that doesn't mean you need to.
These barriers are placed for your safety. Please don't stop making great strides in development, but work around them.
Love,
Mommy

LOL, I couldn't have said it better. Noah loves to pull books off our bookshelf also. He takes great pleasure in making loud noises when removing and than throwing any and all items within his tiny but mighty grip!
Now the fun really begins! You babyproof, he figures out a way around the babyproof, you re-babyproof and so on and so on ...
You get where I'm going here, right. One great things about our kids, they don't let any barrier stop them when they make their minds up!
